This hotel is great. Well located, you have 2 close stations or walk a bit more and go to Tokyo Station. Has a conbini just across the street and a couple of more around the corners. Staff is polite and friendly, English is ok. Amenities are good, and what the hotel provides like laundry, money exchange, microwave and most important, ice. This is the best. There's also a vending machine. Room is comfortable, I haven't found it small like other said. New York hotels have smaller rooms. This room has everything you may need and more than enough for one. Also the refrigerator is convenient for all the food you'll buy. Bed is comfortable. The room temperature is great, if you feel it's too hot you can turn it off and open the window. Tv content is ok (some 5/6 Japanese channels + bbc), and you can use the tv to extend the checkout time. Bath water temperature and bathroom are ok.. Cleaning is ok too. They leave towels and amenities every day. And last but least, the way to manage the lights is great. There's a good night button and all the lights turn off. There's a usb connection too. Wifi works well. I had a great time here and I'm already missing Tokyo. For sure, this is a good hotel.

This was the most comfortable bedding of any hotel during our trip. Comparing it to other hotels at the same price point, APA had the best bedding and pillows by far. Although bedding is a personal preference, for those who aren't used to a very firm mattress, staying in Japan can take some getting used to. If you are arriving via Tokyo station, I'd recommend walking with your bags to this hotel. The walk is flat and despite google maps recommending trains, it really isn't worth dragging bags up and down potentially hundreds of stairs to save a few minutes walking. There's so much within a genuine walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants and shops line the surrounding streets and Ginza shopping precinct is about 15 minutes walk away. It's also only a short walk to the station to catch the train to Disneyland and you will be happy to have somewhere comfortable to rest after a long day on your feet.

It is a nice little room with a large bed for one person and a large tv. There is a desk and fridge and a small bathroom. Its quiet. Right next on the bed there are USB ports to charge your phone without an adapter. On the ground floor there is a machine for ice cubes - right over the street there is a convenience store. The neighbourhood is quiet and has almost no traffic. The hotel isn't far off Ginza shopping district, not far from Tokyo station and the Imperial palace (not much to see there), not far from several subway lines that bring you directly to districts like Shinjuku and Shibuya for a nice evening out. The hotel is nothing fancy, but not lacking anything and you get good value for your money.

Lovely hotel for our short 2 night stay. Very convenient lawsons across the road and express check out was very handy. Good walking distance from some locations or trains. Possibly a con that restaurant isn't in the hotel and is in a nearby Apa however this wasn't an issue to us as we usually go out for good or to a convenience store. Really great wifi and great tv Staff were extremely helpful with storing our luggage until check in and then with shipping our luggage onwards to our next hotel. Pillows are very like any hotel we've stayed at in Japan but the bed was definitely softer.

The air condition after a hot walk in the summer. There are two pillows so I could select the one that fitted be best. There are luggage storage on check in and check out days. The washing machine and the dryer can be paid through an app or wit h money. The app is called AQ-connect. The cost is 500 yen per wash. 100 yen per 30 minutes drying.
